We invite you to join us for a guided walk through the festival installations this June!

Come with us as we explore the streets of České Budějovice and take a closer look at this year’s sculptures. You’ll learn how the sculptures were created, what materials they’re made of, and what went into installing them in public spaces.

We’ll also introduce two brand-new installations that will freshly complement and enliven the festival circuit:
👉 Simon Martin (France) - “To get around,” a series of interactive art sculptures inspired by mobility aids. The festival offers the public a unique opportunity to activate and use these objects and, through their own movement, experience the sense of physical fragility that many people live with every day.
The work is being created during Simon’s residency as part of the European project CreArt. Network of Cities for Artistic Creation, in dialogue with people who have lived experience with disability.
👉 Diana Winklerová – Space-Shift: This work explores the perception and transmission of space. An image of a different environment is painted onto a boulder-shaped object, creating a “shifted reflection” and spatial tension.
