Residence Malše

In the autumn of 2019, locals came up with the idea of the Malše Residence project inspired by foreign trends. In most European cities that are located on a watercourse, living on the water is a natural part of life and they would like to bring this unique and attractive way of accommodation to us in South Bohemia, in the heart of the South Bohemian metropolis. With the help of the design company CB Design s.r.o., they believe they have created a modern and unique space for you, combined with the pleasant atmosphere of a blind arm on the river Malše. The brand new YB35 Apartment houseboat range has been designed and supplied by Yachtboom s.r.o.

Float House Ema
Ema is the first of the unique houseboats of the Malše Residence.Don't hesitate and try life on the water among the first.
Modern and spacious houseboat with cleverly designed interior and exterior for year-round use with family or friends. A usable area of 80m2 including a front covered (8m2) and large roof (40m2) terrace creates a great usable and independently adapted space for barbecues and leisure.
