Our restaurant has style and an unmistakable atmosphere. The unique space was created in the heart of a historic house from the 13th century. The character of the medieval tavern is underlined by the stone grill, where we prepare our specialties on an open fire. The present-day operation of the restaurant differs in many ways from the Middle Ages. What has been preserved are the regional ingredients. We work with local farms and vegetable growers. Everything is of high quality and fresh.
